Kids Tai Chi starts Sept. 8

Sifu Belinda Thurston will teach a 6-week, two-class a week series for children learning Yang Tai Chi, principles and pushing hands. Tai Chi is a gentle martial art that teaches balance and calm strength, confidence and mental focus.
