Turn your world upside down! Inversions for Everyone works with all levels of students to build courage and strength for your inversion practice. This workshop includes a 15-minute warm-up, followed by structured play with balancing on hands, feet, forearms, shoulders, back, or head.

Notes on the Class: many inversions require spotting to be safe; check with a medical professional if you have questions about whether or not inversions are good for you.

Bio: Katie left the world of competitive gymnastics and diving after 14 years of training. Now she entertains audiences with her upside down antics, and teaches circus arts in Michigan.
