Just B and the Yoga Refuge Co-op connection

A few months ago I ran into a non-profit yoga organization in Colorado called the Yoga Refuge Co-op trolling on the internet. The founder and I struck up email and Facebook niceties and well-wishes. I had no idea it would blossom into a beautiful interstate relationship that would offer opportunities to live our yoga practices

Community: There is no try, only do

It has taken me decades of life and arriving in Lansing after working at more than six newspapers to truly feel and be a part of community. This isn’t a gratuitous #lovelansing moment (although I love you guys, and you know that). I hope it’s a touch deeper.
