Bully for mom seeking meditation for kids

The room was peacefully silent with only the soft inhales and exhales of those sitting around the room. The light from the window was subtle this late-winter morning.

We’ve been having fun this summer with our kids yoga day camps. Our crew has been excited, intelligent and open to explore. Tove is excited for every activity. Layla is creative, playful and kind to everyone. Morgan is gentle but brave and curious. Malik is a little shy but is polite and a great partner.

This summer we have added yoga for kids on the list of activities at the studio. The Kids Yoga Day Camp are three-day or two-day weekly sessions for kids that offer: Yoga posture class – learn the poses and string them together in fun ways Yoga music – Singing bowls, drum circles and even singing
