Extending yoga and tai chi into the workplace

I’d like to extend my yoga and tai chi into the workplace.

No, I don’t mean I want to roll out my mat in my office or sit in a horse in the hallway.

I’ve struggled with this off and on for years. I need to find ultimate emptiness in the midst of pressure and stress. I need to embrace the yin to yang of events and truly use listening skills and following energy.

But I’m in management and a journalist. Making things happen on deadlines is at the core of how I operate in the workplace. Upholding high standards and making what may appear to be impossible happen.
