Sifu Belinda Thurston will offer free/donation livestream classes on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. (EST).
A 6-week series class will teach the Cheng Man Ch’ing Short Yang form starting Nov. 7, 9 a.m. Saturdays.
This series will offer:
- one-hour Tai Chi Zoom class learning the form
- a PDF teaching manual
- internal energy teaching
- Qi and Qigong instruction
Price: $60 suggested donation ($10 per class plus a manual)

Tai Chi is a soft-style martial art. There are many forms of tai chi. All forms follow a set sequence of movements that flow seamlessly together.
The benefits are plentiful but include: increased vitality and energy, improved balance, fluid circulation, mental clarity and focus, breath awareness.
No special clothing or equipment needed. Soft and comfortable clothing. Soft-soled shoes or barefoot. A small space with clear floor space (6-8 square feet).
