Just B Yoga is hybrid – new in-person and virtual classes

It’s been so good to get back into the studio and move our energy together!

We returned to in-person classes two weeks ago on Saturday.

Laughter. Moans. Eyes meeting each other.

“Thanks for offering studio class. I/we have missed,” one student wrote.

Saturday, 10:30 a.m.

Thursday, 7 p.m. (starting March 31)


A few changes.

The classes are simply named Just Be. They are all levels, curvy and gender/sexual inclusive. All are the practice we’ve been practicing – listening and noticing within ourselves, our limits and possibilities, our energetic well – whether it needs to be filled or released; our mental obstacles and noise; and our breath and voice. We are still donation-based, but may have to change that soon, due to rising costs. DONATE HERE

An in-person Tai Chi is coming on Wednesdays.

But we will continue to be a hybrid yoga outreach center. We want to keep connected to those near and far.

An 8 a.m. Sunday Chakra Flow is being added that will be virtual starting this weekend!

Private and Trauma Recovery sessions will be mostly virtual, with a few offered in-studio.

We continue to be available for custom group programming and events – in-person and virtual.

This journey of being and becoming is a gift we get to take. Thanks for joining me for the ride.
