Meditation is one of the eight limbs of yoga. We teach various types of meditation – guided, walking, un-guided and silent, using something to focus on like a candle. Concentration practices like candle focusing, helps lead to the path of meditation, sitting aware without distraction.
We offer open source meditation on our SoundCloud or YouTube channels. Choose a location to sit without distraction for a guided practice ranging from five minutes to a half hour.
We offer meditation classes with our Chakra Yoga Flow LIVE on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. The beginning and end of that class include meditations that may include walking, or sitting or lying down.
