Develop and grow your personal home yoga practice in philosophy, body health, breath and mental quietude. Tuesday-Friday 10:30 a.m. LIVE or on replay on Facebook or YouTube.
The basic fundamental approach to most poses are offered. Students learn to modify postures and to use supportive yoga props to make poses and movements accessible and safe. Class also introduces students to foundations of breath practice (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and philosophy (sutra).
Balance all of your energy centers with a creative integration of yoga poses, breath practice, meditation, sound and mudra (hand postures). Modifications and variations are offered (to suit diverse bodies and abilities).
Empower yourselves to find your edge without cutting yourself with it! This challenging class is suited for students who have developed fundamental understanding of breath awareness and alignment in yoga postures and transitions. Specific focus is given to core and upper body poses, including inversions and arm balances.
Whether you have a limitation that requires you to sit or you just don’t want to get up and down from the floor, chair yoga is an excellent way to access the movements and breath to calm the mind. Belinda shares 25-30 minute sets that can be done just about anywhere and any time!
Belinda invites guest yoginis and yogis to share and explore practice together. Learn how others find their practice or join in as Belinda and the guest explore something new together.
