We offer workshops that allow us to dive deeper into a practice or topic. These run anywhere from an hour to four or five, giving the student the opportunity to practice, take notes and ask questions. Some past workshops have included: Singing Bowl healing, Hip anatomy and movement, QiGong, Non-violent Communication, Using Yoga for Trauma Recovery, Partner Yoga and more.
The Upside Down – Focus on flipping things topsy turvy with safety. Build confidence, explore something new and practice trust. This workshop focuses on the posture, breath and meditation practice to build up to various upside down postures. Core strength, spinal flexibility and a playful attitude are needed to grow into poses that bring our legs over our head. Over a four-week period we will approach a practice that prepares us for shoulder stand, head stand and hand stand. This course is accessible for all levels.
