Just B Yoga. Open community yoga is going to start on April 14. Please spread the word. Yoga is an amazing practice that can help bring healing and healthy living to Lansing. Some folks have been curious about whether it’s just for kids since it’s at the Shabazz Academy. NO! It’s open to ANYONE who is 13 or older. I want the Shabazz community to feel welcome as well as all of Lansing.

Earth Day

I’m working to pull together what I’m calling Yoga Lansing for the Earth. We want to give 30-minute yoga sets on the Capitol lawn with Eco Fest. Learn more about Earth Day Lansing here.

My newest class!

You ask and you shall receive 🙂

I’m starting a 7:30 p.m. class. Yes – at night! Monday nights. Hilltop Yoga, Old Town. Will it be power you ask? Of course! Just B Power that is. Sadly though, that means my 7 a.m. Tuesday is going to end (probably in 3 weeks). I can’t teach every day of the week and work a full-time management job in the mainstream media. Nope, I don’t have a cape flapping behind me.
