Summer Solstice ushers in the longest day and the change of season.
It’s a day that screams, “Do it big!”
Why not do it big with yoga?
Yoga in the Outfield is a special yoga class held at the Cooley Law School Stadium, June 21, at 9 a.m.
Part of the proceeds benefit the Free Being Yoga Network, our sister non-profit organization that provides yoga for under-served populations.
This could be the LARGEST yoga class in Lansing ever. It’s a great way for yogis from different studios and practices and backgrounds to come together as a community for a cause. Share in the energy of summer, abundance and life! Summer and baseball fields are Americana. Let’s make yoga, summer and baseball fields a new trend.
Tickets are $20 online or at the Just B Yoga studio ahead of the event; $25 day-of.
There’s plenty of parking available at the stadium or the Lansing Center. And you could make it a green day, biking to the stadium. There will be valet bike parking by the Mid-Michigan Environmental Action Council. Start your day with yoga, then explore the rest of the day around town including Festival of the Sun in Old Town.
