What better way to celebrate bounty than with food!?
This year our garden grew, not in size, but scope.
We included children in our programming, we added a mural to the garden and let the kids design the garden.
Then, boom! The garden flourished more than ever.
We celebrated the bounty of the year last weekend with amazing food and friends.
The kids helped de-seed sunflowers. It was great to see them grabbing handfuls of seeds after having planted them earlier this year.
We shared the journey as a community and celebrated the end of the season together.
You are all truly special.
