On Jan. 12 we are starting a new class series, Yoga on the Ball.
Using exercise balls, we will find flowing yoga sequences and core stability and deep stretches. This class is not recommended for those with wrist issues.
Exercise balls provided.
This is a six-week series class. The entire series is $60. $12 drop-ins. Warrior members can attend with their membership.
