It started as a coffee-shop idea to take pictures of yoga poses around town. Then the locations started to matter. We didn’t want to emulate yoga magazine shots. Nothing pristine or opulent. So we started looking around and choosing the “everyday” location. Places you walk or drive by daily without necessarily seeing them as beautiful.
What better way to celebrate bounty than with food!? This year our garden grew, not in size, but scope. We included children in our programming, we added a mural to the garden and let the kids design the garden. Then, boom! The garden flourished more than ever. We celebrated the bounty of the year last
We are making some schedule changes effective Nov. 1.All morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday will be canceled (Tai Chi and Empower Yoga). Also, our community free yoga class on Sundays at 4:30 p.m. will be coming to an end. The last class will be this Sunday, Oct. 27 with our guest teacher, Lacey Ingrao.
